3. Kitchen – Unless you do not like to cook and make few meals at home, the kitchen is another key area in most homes. That said are you happy with how yours is laid out? The time may have come for some new cabinetry. Are you happy with the flooring in your kitchen? Another thing to look at is if you have enough pantry space. Last, are all the major appliances such as the stove, refrigerator in good working order?
4. Patio – If you are fortunate enough to have a patio, do you use it often? The patio can be a great place to not only relax on but entertain family and friends. As a result, make sure you have the best entry and exit options in place. This may mean for you having bifold patio doors. Such doors not only offer a great look, but also the best in thermal performance, protection and more. Your patio should also provide you with good views of the surrounding area. If you are into plants, the patio can be a great place to display them.
