Visit Theme Parks
Orange County is home to some fantastic Theme Parks. Who doesn’t dream of Disney? You will be thrilled to know that Orange County hosts not one put two fantastic Disney parks. Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. On top of this you have the Downtown Disney District for entertainment for both Kids and Adults alike.
Another highly regarded Park Knott’s Berry Farm with its different themed lands such as the spooky ghost town is also an option. Orange County has enough rides, shows and characters to keep even the biggest kids entertained for a lifetime!
Whale Watching
A popular attraction in the Orange County is Whale Watching. No need to go somewhere like Sea World when you can enjoy the breathtaking sights of Whales and Dolphins in the wild swimming through the waves of the Ocean.
Both Dana Point and Newport are great places to go off on whale watching trips. Dana point is considered one of the best places in the world to catch the glimpse of the worlds largest mammal- The Blue Whale. An absolutely unforgettable experience no doubt. December until april is the best time to catch these elegant beasts!
The other option Newport is home to a vast array of Marine life including Blue Whales, Gray Whales and Finback whales.
Surfing
Orange County is a dream spot for surfers. Beaches like Salt Creek which has some of the best waves in Orange County and Hunington Beach with its impressively long pier. The OC has been described as the ‘Mecca’ of Surfing and for that reason beginners and expert surfers both have reason to head down to Orange County Shores.

For those who are keen on surfing the OC’s beaches have plenty more to offer. While there are plenty of other watersports like Sailing and Bodyboarding to get on with those who prefer to simply lay back, relax and take long walks with the sand in between their feet will also love the Orange County.
